  • Performance results

All outcomes depend on your market, strategy, competition, and execution.

This clause aligns with ZamZilla’s Section 11.3 “No Guarantee” requirement.

7. User Data & Content

7.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of:

  • Contacts
  • Leads
  • Uploaded files
  • CRM data
  • Call logs
  • Notes

7.2 License to Operate the Service

You grant LeadsAIx a limited license to process your data solely to:

  • Provide the Service
  • Improve performance
  • Maintain security
  • Deliver AI‑powered features

We do not sell your data.

7.3 Data Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload or process any data you provide.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer the platform
  • Copy or replicate our GEO/SEO structures
  • Reproduce our workflows, automations, or proprietary logic
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to access systems without authorization
  • Interfere with platform operations

Violations may result in immediate termination and legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

All LeadsAIx and ZAMZILLA intellectual property—including:

  • Software

  • Workflows
  • Automations
  • Branding
  • Designs
  • Platform logic
  • GEO/SEO structures
  • Voice agentic systems

—is owned exclusively by ZAMZILLA.

You receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Service during your subscription.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or replicate any part of the platform.

10. AI, Automation & Voice Systems

By using LeadsAIx’s AI features, you acknowledge:

  • AI outputs may contain errors
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying results
  • AI‑generated content is provided “as‑is”
  • You must comply with all applicable laws when using AI for outreach or communication

11. Third‑Party Services

12. Service Availability
